The 24-hour concierge service is available to support them with taking care of their vehicle. So if they need advice or assistance on any of the below, they can simply call us on the Audi Driverline number (03301008909) and select the appropriate option.

  1. Breakdown and recovery assistance. Whether they’re in the UK or abroad, our breakdown partner will aim to get them back on the road as quickly as possible. Their comprehensive cover includes roadside assistance, recovery and at
    home.
  2. Tyres. Our specialist tyre team is on hand to arrange an appointment and direct the customer to their local approved tyre centre.
  3. Reporting accidents, damage or vandalism. If the unexpected does happen, we’ll help get them get back on the road and ensure their vehicle is repaired using only genuine Audi parts.
  4. Glass Repair. For all chips, cracks and more to their car’s glass, our team is here to help.
  5. Service booking or maintenance enquiries. We will book their vehicle in for mechanical repair or routine servicing within our approved service network. To make life a little easier we manage all the arrangements for the customer, so they don’t
    have to.
  6. General enquiries. Our dedicated team is available to help whenever they need it.
