The curves, contours and proportions are familiar from the previous
generations, but the design of the third-generation Audi TT is sharper,
the engines are more powerful and the handling is more responsive.
Combining advanced Audi technology with a striking evolution of an
iconic design, the innovative Audi Virtual Cockpit come as standard on
the entire TT range, adding cutting-edge technology to the world of
sporty Coupés.
With a wide range of engines to choose from, the TT marries great
performance with a beautiful design. Audi’s award-winning 2.0-litre TFSI
engine has been enhanced yet further to generate more power and torque.
And despite the advances in performance, it uses less fuel than its
predecessor. Which is one improvement you’ll appreciate from the very
first drive.
From the outside, the TT Coupé has all the iconic style of its predecessors. The classic shape has been streamlined but its silhouette remains as recognisable as ever.
The TT Roadster, also known as Cabriolet, maintains the distinctive hallmarks of the instantly recognisable TT design but features a fully automatic acoustic fabric hood for exceptional open-top driving.
Adding even more sport credentials to the TT range, the TTS combines outstanding performance with head-turning styling. Combining impressive performance with marque-defining styling, the third-generation TTS is both beautiful and powerful. Power has been increased by 38PS so the 2.0-litre TFSI four-cylinder, variable valve engine now puts 310PS through either a 6-speed manual or S tronic transmission to power the quattro all-wheel-drive. We've also enhanced the way power is delivered to the wheels. It means that the TTS Coupé now accelerates from 0-62mph in 4.6 seconds.
The Audi design icon TT draws inspiration from motorsport, so it was a natural progression for it to obtain RS performance-car credentials – joining the Audi Sport family. The all-new TT RS models features a redesigned 5-cylinder engine. Packing 400PS of power, the Roadster launches from 0-62mph in just 3.9 seconds* – and in a pulse-quickening 3.7 seconds* in the Coupé. Attractive RS detailing, such as the fixed rear spoiler and honeycomb grille give the all-new TT RS models a distinctive look, while the double-pipe exhaust gives them that unmistakable engine sound.
