Motability
The most popular option is the Contract Hire scheme. You get a reliable new car every three years from any of our leading manufacturers from a Mercedes-Benz to a Skoda. Your regular single payment includes insurance, maintenance and breakdown cover leaving you with no unexpected bills.
You can also have a wheelchair accessible vehicle on a 5 year agreement or buy a new or used car on hire purchase over two to 5 years.
To use any of the Motability schemes you must receive one of the following benefits, either the higher rate mobility component of the disability allowance or War Pensioners Mobility Supplement. A parent or carer can even apply on behalf of a child aged three or older who is receiving the higher rate mobility allowance.
