It's important to know from the outset if the car you're interested in is right for you. A good place to start is by booking a test drive, either online or by telephone.
Arrive at the showroom where you'll be welcomed by your sales executive who will give you an overview of your test drive and answer any questions you may have. Please don't forget to bring your driving licence.
To make sure you end up with the car that best suits you, we'll need to ask you a few simple questions. This shouldn't take too long and it'll give us a chance to get to know you better.
We know you want the best possible price for your current car, so we've invested in our own independent valuation team who are set up to make sure we spend time and resources getting the best valuation we can.
While the valuation team work on getting the best price for your car we'll show you the new car in the showroom and run through as much specification as you want us to, prior to hitting the open road.
After the test drive, if you're 100% happy with the car we'll start to discuss figures; if not, don't worry, we'll take a step back to find the right car. We'll also help to find the right finance or funding package. And if you need time to think things over, don't worry, we'll give you all the time you need to make a decision.
When you arrive please park your car on-site for the whole of your stay, parking is set out in the areas highlighted on these maps. We get pretty busy during peak periods, so if you struggle to find a space - please park in the bay by our front door, drop your keys in at reception, and we'll take care of the rest.
