Due to expansion of our E –commerce team, we require a Customer Retention Specialist to join our busy team to cover our Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen Market Area’s. We ideally require a candidate with a Car Sales background.
To handle and process all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, e-mail and manufacturer systems working in accordance with manufacturers targets and departmental response standards for the Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz Market Area.
To process all incoming e-mail enquiries and manufacturer leads across our 12 sites with a professional and timely response, delivering brand and group standards for outstanding customer service.
Responsible for Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Brand standards for finance renewals and increase of current renewal rates in accordance with manufacturer targets.
Qualification, tracking and processing of all enquiries within the MA to achieve group standards for response times, all enquiries accurately recorded and appointment targets achieved for brand and departmental targets.
You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
