An exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Administrator at our passenger car business in Peterborough.
This role includes invoicing job cards warranty administration and general administration of service department needs on a day to day basis, with job card verification, filing and archiving. You will also be responsible for invoicing and submitting Warranty Claims to the Manufacturer.
Organisation and communication skills are vital to this role as you will need to develop strong relationships with the manufacturer and be able to stay on top of all the administration that goes with the role.
The successful candidate must be able to work to a high standard of
quality and productivity; with strong organisational and time management
skills being vital for this position.
It is essential that all paperwork is accurate so you will have a good eye for detail and a good working knowledge of current Warranty processes.
