The role of a Service Advisor is to build rapport with customers while at the same time identifying the customer's needs and give a clear and accurate estimate of the costs and timescales involved.
You will then schedule the job into the workshop, taking into
account the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, arrange a
loan car if required and keep customers informed of the progress of work
through to completion.
