Welcoming a refreshed team under new management, the team at Robinsons SEAT is moving from strength to strength, now turning its focus to the great customer service and experience at every level of the dealership.
Now heading up the team at the Goddard Road East location, General Manager, Matt Burley, has been working closely with the newly instated Sales Manager, Alex Marsh, to create a team that offers just that. Re-energising the team in time for the peak season, the pair have been working with the ethos behind the family-run business of Robinsons Motor Group and matching it with the equally fantastic product provided by SEAT.
Ensuring that his team treat customers as they would themselves expect to be treated, Matt Burley said: “We have had some great feedback with the regards to the changes we have made within our Aftersales Team, which is fantastic. It is really important to me that our customers release how much we value them.”
Headed up by Richard Fellgett and Martin Unwin as Service Advisors and Richard Donnithorne, the Parts and Warranty Advisor, the aftercare service now provided by the dealership looks set to improve further with some key changes in the pipeline.
Matched with the arrival of Alex Marsh as Sales Manager, who has joined the dealership following a two year residency at Robinsons’ Lowestoft branch, the entire dealership is determined to offer a first class customer service to all.
