We will be operating on an appointment-only basis for our Aftersales services, therefore please only enter at your allotted time and wear a face covering. Check our December opening hours and book an appointment with our Sales Team prior to your visit, where possible.

Drop & Go Service - Aftersales

Your car or van’s service, MOT and repairs will continue as planned, therefore please keep to your allotted appointment time, avoiding arriving early. Our COVID safety measures continue and will be explained to you ahead of your visit, plus benefit from an optional loan car for £12.50 per day. Launched this November, you will now be able to view all of our New and Used vehicles from home – like a digital forecourt. We are advertising our best prices across all stock to ensure you have the best chance of finding the right fit for you. Once we have your enquiry, we’ll be in touch to arrange your collection from our COVID-secure handover points or Home Delivery with POA. Start your search >

Distance Selling Team

We want you to shop with the same confidence you’ve always had from Robinsons Motor Group. Our experienced teams will be available digitally to offer you help and guidance on your purchase in any way that you need; request a personalised video, chat directly with a sales person or receive a tailored finance quote.

Customer Appointments - Sales and Aftersales

Our showrooms are now open for browsing and for the best experience we recommend booking an appointment ahead of your visit. This will give us time to ensure the vehicle(s) you want to see and visiting area have been cleaned. To maintain our safety measures, it is important that all Aftersales visitors enter only at their allotted time and wear a face covering.

Home Collection and Delivery - Aftersales

Upon request, a vehicle booked in for workshop activity is allocated a driver to and from your home for our 24-hour turnaround service for a £12.50 charge. Our technicians and all supporting staff have been following workplace guidelines since the end of March, including the additional sanitation of any vehicle passing through.
