How it works

Our team of drivers can collect and deliver from your home and you should expect to follow the process safety guidelines.

1. Call your local dealership to make a booking – find the phone numbers here >
2. A Service Advisor will be in touch to explain our process ahead of your booking date.
3. On collection day, your driver will call to confirm details about the day’s interactions and ask you to confirm the Covid-19 position for your household.
4. In addition to our usual Service Wash & Vacuum, we will sanitise inside surfaces prior to workshop entry.
5. A member of the Service Team will communicate with you throughout the day, including additional work authorisation and when the car is ready.
6. Card payment will be taken over the phone.
7. Our driver will return your vehicle, posting your keys and invoice on return.

Safety measures

• If any person in the household is displaying Covid-19 symptoms, please cancel the booking as soon as possible.
• Drivers will place a box on your doorstep and return to a safe distance. Drop your keys into the box and leave a 2m distance for the driver to retrieve.
• PPE will be used to protect our customers and staff at all times during the collection and delivery.
• Your car will be returned with protective equipment which will be removed and disposed of upon arrival.
