A vacancy has arisen at Volkswagen Lowestoft for an exceptional communicator who is passionate about motor vehicles. You will be providing customers with specification information on all Volkswagen products and services.
You will assist Sales Executives with planning and managing the test drive process, offering product insight during the test drive appointment and providing evaluation of results. You will need to take an interest in potential customers’ needs and requirements with a view to passing any relevant information onto the sales executive/transaction manager, keeping the customer experience smooth. In addition, you will assist in vehicle display ensuring pricing information is up to date and from time to time you will be involved in sales events/launch events.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be expected to proactively approach customers in the showroom, to offer help/advice and convey the benefits of the brand in an enthusiastic manner so previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential. You will also be expected to provide first hand support to customers with complex technology questions before and during the customer experience which will require a detailed technical insight into our range of vehicles.
Candidates should possess exceptional listening and communication skills and be able to demonstrate experience of working within a team. You must be flexible and well organised to manage your busy daily workload but always ensuring that you put customers first. A full driving licence will be required for this role.
