From Monday 1st June, we re-open the doors to our showrooms after a 9-week hiatus. We are excited to announce this step towards normality and have taken every precaution to ensure we are doing our part in creating both a safe place to work and visit. Our teams have been working hard to adapt and find new ways to keep serving you, here’s what you might have missed.

Showroom Re-opening - Sales and Aftersales

In line with the Governments latest advice, we have applied markers inside the showroom to make a 2m social distance easy to follow. Plus, stationed sanitation areas upon entering, contactless payments and vehicles are routinely cleaned with a seal to indicate so. ( Volkswagen Stamford and North Walsham remain temporarily closed and are operating from Peterborough and Norwich.)

Drop & Go Service - Aftersales

With visitors now welcome to our showrooms, we are launching a similar experience to what you'll be used to. Leave your vehicle with us at the dealership, with the option for a courtesy car available, and return to collect it as soon as your car is finished in our workshop.

Customer Appointments - Sales and Aftersales

While there is a maximum number of persons allowed inside the building, our ‘Entry by Appointment Only’ will manage this and keep customer waiting times to a minimum. Also, our Virtual Appointments remain available with our dedicated online sales team if this is your preference.

Home Collection and Delivery - Aftersales

Upon request, a vehicle booked in for workshop activity is allocated a driver to and from your home for our 24-hour turnaround service. Our technicians and all supporting staff have been following workplace guidelines since the end of March, including the additional sanitation of any vehicle passing through.

Home Collection and Delivery - Sales

Our forecourts are on your screens and we thank everyone who continued to shop and adopt our ‘Virtual Appointments’ and contactless selling during lockdown. In turn, we now offer distance part-exchange valuations, video upon request and the all-important home delivery handover.
