From finding the Mercedes on Auto Trader to handover everything was a dream. Great communication from James with clear explanations and assurance. Never had to wait more than an a few minutes for reply to emails and answers spot on. On my first visit to see the car I was running late due to getting out of London yet James made the effort and stayed behind and didn’t put under any kind of pressure upon myself. Upon handover I was made to feel my business was very appreciated by both James and Ross who came to introduce himself and again thank myself for the custom and have a chat. The vehicle we collected was a used 'demo' vehicle and when looked at closer (away from the showroom) showed more signs of previous use and lack of a couple of items that could have previously been with the car (when new)
